How do the blends taste?
đ” Our blends offer a variety of tastes. Those made with roots have a robust, earthy flavor, while blends with only leaves deliver a fresh, slightly minty taste. Each flavor is uniquely enjoyable.
Do the koola blends contain caffeine?
Our blends are caffeine-free. Some of the herbs included have natural calming and soothing properties.
How do I prepare the tea?
To make a concentrate, boil half of the container's contents in half a liter of water for 10-15 minutes. For convenience, we recommend using our extraction kit. Alternatively, you can prepare it as regular tea by steeping it in a cup for 5-10 minutes before straining.
Can I mix it with anything?
After preparing the concentrate, you can enhance the flavor by mixing it with honey and lemon.
What are the side effects?
Our blends are not associated with any known side effects.
Where are these herbs produced?
We source our herbs directly from women growers in rural East Africa, primarily Uganda. The blends are then carefully prepared and packaged in Sweden.
Are koola herbal blends meant for only women?
Our blends are primarily designed for women; however, the Stomach-Ease Blend and the Herbal Relaxing Bath are popular and enjoyed by men as well.
Do you ship outside of the EU
Yes we do! đ
We ship to all of the EU, United Kingdom and United States. But we need to warn customers outside the EU that there's a risk that you will have to pay customs. To the UK and the US it usually ships fast and without customs, but we can't guarantee that it won't happen to you.
To Norway almost all customers need to pay customs and it takes longer.

Menstruation cramps savior!
I bought the Sele tea for the first time because of my horrible menstrual pain in my lower belly, that has been worsening by the years. For me it works wonders! I take it a few days before my menstruation begins and during the bleeding days. Before the tea I would spend my bleeding days on bed or I would be forced to go to work with horrible cramps that force me to take pauses throughout the day. Now I can go about my day and feel almost nothing; I've noticed too that it gets better and better in every cycle since I started taking the tea. And only now that I'm writing this review I noticed that I don't have period bloating no more!
